* Tok Mami Nab dalam Kenangan *

Alfaatihah. Tok Mami Nab sudah kembali ke rahmatullah. Doa agar roh Tok Mami Nab senantiasa aman dan ditempatkan dikalangan roh2 mukmin. Wajahnya tersenyum ketika dikafankan.. mashaAllah.

Assalaam alaykom.. tanggal 20 January 2010M bersamaan 4 Safar 1431H adalah detik pemergian Zainab Osman atau lebih dikenali dengan panggilan Tok Mami Nab {bg peringkat saya sebagai cucu}. Beliau menghembuskan nafasnya yang terakhir pada umur 76 tahun setelah lama melawan penyakit warga emasnya dan terakhir mengalami stroke selama lebih 2 minggu yang lalu.

Lebih kurang jam 5.57am, saya menerima sms dari IBU memaklumkan berita ini. Bagi saya, mungkin ianya afdal atau lebih baik pemergian ini kerna tidak bisa lagi melihat Tok Mami Nab yang selama ini menanggung kesakitan. Setiap manusia pasti akan meninggalkan alam sementara ini..cuma caranya berbeza. Pemergian Tok Mami Nab kerna sakit mungkin sesuatu yang telah dijangka. Innalillahi wainna ilaihi raji'un.

Pertama kali membaca komen itu, saya sudah bisa mengimbas kembali kenangan mereka bersama Tok Mami Nab. Sepanjang hayatnya, beliau menaburkan jasa kepada insan2 sekelilingnya dan pengorbanannya amatlah besar, tak terbalas dengan kata-kata. Tersentak saya melihat kesemua mereka2 itu berada disisi Tok Mami Nab sehingga ke detik akhir sehingga jenazah dikambuskan dengan tanah2 liat. Ya ALLAH! dari tanah kami datang kepada tanah juga kami akan pulang. Linangan airmata setiap mereka membuatkan saya lebih insaf & peka betapa tingginya pengorbanan seseorang insan, dikenang sampai bila2. Walau jasadnya telah disemadikan, namun jasanya tetap dalam kenangan.

IBU juga pernah bercerita, Tok Mami Nab pernah ke England bercuti sebulan makan angin ketika IBU menetap disana, tetapi sambil itu beliau sempat juga menjaga hubby Moose ketika kecil. Pastinya setiap cucu saudaranya telah menerima sentuhan beliau... kerna setiap mereka itu sangatlah akrab dengan Tok Mami Nab.

Saya hanya berkesempatan hadir beberapa tahun yang lalu..ketika Tok Mami Nab sudah terlantar sakit di katil dan tidak mampu lagi bergerak sendiri. Juga tidak berkesempatan merasa masakan sambal tumisnya...{pasti sedapkan? hmm}. Dan setiap kali saya berjumpanya, soalan pertama pastinya "Hang nie sapa?" {masih tegar dengan lograt Penangnya}..dan setiap kali itu jawapan saya adalah sama "Saya bini Mus'ab...Tok Mami ingat tak?" {kerna nama cucunya memang tidak pernah beliau lupa}.


Ya, daya ingatannya terhadap sesuatu perkara baru semakin lemah tetapi memori yang lama tetap tegar. Walaupun saya berkesempatan menemui beliau yang sudah masuk fasa nyanyuk bagi peringkat warga emas, namun jelas kasih sayang yang ada dalam dirinya jelas dapat dirasakan oleh sesiapa sahaja yang mendekatinya. Tetapi saya amat menghormati & mengaguminya ...setiap kali jika saya menghulurkan sesuatu kepadanya pasti beliau akan berkata "thank you". Jelas menunjukkan budi bahasanya juga sangat tinggi.

Kini saya tidak mungkin lagi mendengar suaranya, dan biarlah semua kenangan manis bersama beliau terpahat dihati setiap kita yang mengenalinya. Yang pasti Tok Mami Nab telah menyatukan dua keluarga yang berlainan agama namun berpegang kepada tunggak kasih sayang dan nilai kemanusian yang hakiki. Hanya doa kami yang mengiringi jasad dan rohnya. Ya ALLAH, tempatkanlah beliau dikalangan yang baik2 dan yang diredhaiMU.

Tok Mami Meah, Tok Mami, Tok Mami Nab

Ini adalah gambar terakhir Tok Mami Nab bersama dua orang kakaknya di pagi eid adha 1430H tahun lalu. Semalam Tok Mami Meah hanya berlinangan air mata, tetapi kesian lagi Tok Mami yang sesekali lupa adiknya sudah tiada lagi dan beliau masih lagi memanggil2 nama adiknya. InshaAllah saya akan upload gmbo di hari pengebumiannya untuk tatapan saudara mara yang tidak sempat hadir semalam.

saat yang menyayatkan hati.. Tok Mami mencium adiknya buat kali terakhir tetapi sejam kemudian di tanah perkuburan, beliau sudah tidak bisa mengingati kejadian tersebut. hmm.
