tapi best utk "diaktifkan" bg yg suka pd cabaran!!
maybe ada yang akan berpendapat bende ni bukan budaya kita or sampai ada istilah tak thiqqoh utk diikuti..??why not if dis thing might be da way to attract da mad'us out there coz for sure ini lah trend budak2 zaman sekarang..memandangkan ana pon ikut terlibat dalam proses membesar mengikut fitrah remaja..naluri utk berkata tidak utk cabaran ini adalah tidak tepat..so why not to try if you wish for??

if mg itu pilihan dan kebolehan anda..make it as a wasilah for it..mg ada ruang utk itu but remember to be urself of IMANIAH indeed..kdg2 bila dah terlampau syok dgn sesuatu perkara maka takut2 yg LAIN boleh terlupa..(just peringatan utk diri sendiri khususnya)

to make it clear..this what they called ''PARKOUR OR FREE RUNNING"it is invented by Frenchman David Belle(alaa HERO cite B13 tu laa)has spread to da rest of da world including MALAYSIA too(mesir??i'm da inventor soon.hee)
so it is a physical activity which resembles martial arts..yup!!(every kind of martial arts)the aim of which is to move point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible by using da abilities of the human body..(quite tough uh??)
actually it keeps u really fit and encourages you to increase strength so you can go for bigger and bigger jump..it might look very dangerous but it teach you discipline and if you dont try to do some advanced moves too early it's perfectly safe..paling kurang pon seliuh atau kejang otot je..kalau dah biasa nanti..no serius injuries wil came off k?
so just seat back and relax and enjoy of some awesome triks to see(diingatkan just for those yang sukakan game nih)

ahaaaa...maybe you guys cam perasan kan sape yg terlibat scr langsung dlm pembikinan movie nih..this is some example of wasilah that i mentioned about..nice editing and moves(w.pon masih fresh dan msg agak umum...da'wah bukan pd sijil..umur..pangkat dan title!!)..keep doing it for 1 reason ;)
